Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pak34 website located at https://pak34.cam ("Platform", "Site", "pak34") and all associated content, features and services provided therein. This Agreement is entered into between pak34 ("we", "us", "our") and you, the individual or entity accessing this Platform ("you", "user", "player").

By accessing the pak34 Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or using any feature of the service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone else who accesses or uses the Platform. They are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the pak34 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are conditions of use and not merely guidelines:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or by the laws of your own jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly for adults. 18+ Only
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling online is lawful in your location.
• Single Account: Each user is permitted to hold one registered account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary or imposed, at the time of registration or continued use of the Platform.
• Not a Vulnerable Person: You must not be registering while in a state of problem gambling, financial distress, or at the direction of a third party seeking to profit from your account activity.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the pak34 Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. False or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify pak34 support immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. We cannot accept liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• KYC Verification: pak34 may require you to submit identity documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address and, in some cases, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in deposit, withdrawal or account restrictions.
• Account Updates: You must keep your registered details current. If your name, address, phone number, email or payment details change, you are responsible for updating your account promptly.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

By accessing pak34, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or scripts to access, collect or interact with Platform content without prior written authorisation from pak34.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, database, account or network connected to the Platform.
• Using the Platform to engage in, facilitate or assist any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, bonus abuse, money laundering or collusion.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Interfering with, disrupting or placing an unreasonable burden on the Platform's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or proprietary systems.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where access to, or use of, gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• Transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable under applicable Pakistani or international law.

pak34 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts, withhold funds and report activities to relevant authorities where prohibited use is suspected or confirmed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern deposits to, and withdrawals from, your pak34 account. Please read this section carefully before making any financial transaction on the Platform.

6.1 Deposits: All funds deposited into your pak34 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party funding — depositing using another person's bank account, mobile wallet or payment instrument — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at pak34's discretion. PKR figures displayed on the Platform (such as "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit") are illustrative examples only and should be verified with the current operator terms before transacting.

6.3 Payment Method References: Payment methods referenced on the pak34 Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar Pakistani payment references only. These references do not constitute a claim that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling operations on this Platform. Method availability is determined entirely by the operator and the respective payment provider at the time of transaction.

6.4 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC/AML verification, active bonus terms and any minimum withdrawal thresholds set by the operator. pak34 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations vary based on the payment method, verification status and operator compliance procedures.

6.5 Currency: Account balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) by default unless the operator has configured an alternative base currency for your account. Exchange rate risk applies to any cryptocurrency or foreign-currency transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pak34 may make various promotional offers available to registered users, subject to the following terms and conditions. All bonus offers displayed on this Platform are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as current live promotions by the operator.

7.1 Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before the bonus balance or any winnings generated from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 5,000 bonus at 30x requires total wagering of PKR 150,000). Always verify the exact multiplier before accepting any offer.

7.2 Maximum Bet During a Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies — commonly in the range of PKR 1,000 per bet (illustrative). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. Sports betting may contribute 100%, while slot games may contribute 80% and live casino games may contribute as little as 10–20%. The exact contribution schedule is specified in each individual offer's terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of activation (illustrative). Any bonus balance remaining and associated wagering progress that has not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: A sticky bonus is non-withdrawable — only net winnings attributable to the bonus play may be withdrawn. A non-sticky bonus is converted to withdrawable real-money balance once wagering is fully completed. Each offer specifies which type applies.

7.6 Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap — for example, PKR 25,000 (illustrative). Even if bonus play generates higher winnings, only the capped amount may be withdrawn.

7.7 Bonus Abuse: pak34 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, hedged or arbitrage bets to exploit bonus terms; using multiple accounts to claim offers more than once; or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules: All bets placed on the pak34 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any market or game before placing a bet. Ignorance of rules is not a valid basis for a dispute or refund request.

8.2 Cricket and Sports Markets: Betting markets for Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports are subject to the specific rules of those competitions and the operator's market-specific terms. Results are determined by the official competition governing body.

8.3 In-Play Betting: Live or in-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Once a live bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled. Connection issues, device failures or data-feed delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation of a live bet.

8.4 Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, odds-feed error or any event that causes a bet to be placed at manifestly incorrect odds or conditions, pak34 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the user's account.

8.5 Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including: the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event; insufficient participation in an event; verifiable data errors; or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

8.6 Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet winnings and accumulator winnings may be capped by the operator. These limits vary by sport, market and account level, and will be communicated in the operator's market-specific terms.

Responsible Gambling

pak34 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses or an escape from personal difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, a limit cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain within a defined period. The account will pause betting activity once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations. The system will automatically log you out and display a summary of your activity at the end of each session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours to 30 days (or longer as available) during which your account will be restricted from gambling activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pak34 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of pak34 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Resale or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or materials;
• Collection or use of any product listings, descriptions or prices for the benefit of a third party;
• Any derivative use of the Platform or its content;
• Downloading, copying or using account information for the benefit of another merchant;
• Use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

The pak34 name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of pak34. You may not use these marks without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use immediately terminates the permission or licence granted by pak34.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Gambling Outcome Guarantee: pak34 makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the outcome of any bet, wager or game. All gambling involves financial risk. Past results do not predict future outcomes. pak34 expressly disclaims any liability for losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform.

11.2 Platform Availability: pak34 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures or external factors may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime.

11.3 Third-Party Services: The Platform may reference third-party payment services, sports data providers or content suppliers. pak34 is not responsible for the performance, availability, accuracy or terms of any third-party service. References to payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast do not constitute endorsement or partnership with those providers.

11.4 User Responsibility: You agree that you use the Platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak34's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds deposited to your account in the thirty days preceding the claim.

11.5 Indirect Losses: pak34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service, however caused and on any theory of liability.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the pak34 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and share your personal information, including how we handle data collected during account registration, KYC verification and Platform usage.

By using the pak34 Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you have questions about how your data is handled, you may contact us at the address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

Jurisdiction, Governing Law & Legal Context

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

Pakistan-specific notice: Pakistan has significant legal restrictions on gambling activities, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation. • Any Pakistani bank, including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah;
• Any mobile-money or payment service, including Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast.

Amendments to These Terms

pak34 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email, by an in-Platform notification, or by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Account Termination & Suspension

15.1 Termination by You: You may close your pak34 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any active bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Withdrawable real-money balances will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any required KYC verification.

15.2 Termination by pak34: pak34 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited use or bonus abuse;
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• A court order, regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account restriction or closure.

15.3 Effect of Termination: Upon account closure or termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Remaining bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances are handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and these Terms.
