pak34 is committed to protecting your personal information. This Policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and the rights you have over your own information.
These cards highlight the core themes of our Privacy Policy. They are summaries only — please read the full policy below for complete and binding information.
We collect identity data (name, date of birth, CNIC/passport), contact details, financial transaction records, KYC documents, device/browser information, and behavioural data generated during your use of the pak34 Platform.
Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity (KYC/AML), process transactions, deliver support, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and — where you have consented — provide personalised communications and offers.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.
pak34 applies industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access controls, encrypted data-at-rest storage, and regular security assessments to protect personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure.
You have the right to access, correct, restrict processing of, port and — subject to legal retention requirements — request deletion of your personal data. You may also object to data processing and withdraw marketing consent at any time.
pak34 uses essential, functional, analytics and optional marketing cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for Platform operation. You may manage non-essential cookies through your browser or account settings.
Regardless of your location in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar — these rights apply to your personal data held by pak34, subject to applicable legal obligations and retention requirements.
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including how it is used and with whom it has been shared.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held on your account without undue delay.
Request deletion of your personal data where there is no overriding legal basis for continued retention — subject to AML and regulatory requirements.
Request temporary restriction of data processing while a correction request or objection is being investigated by pak34.
Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider where technically feasible.
Object to processing of your data for direct marketing purposes or processing based on our legitimate interests, with immediate effect for marketing.
Withdraw any consent you have given for data processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
Request human review of any decision made about you through automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal or significant effects.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how pak34 ("pak34", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal information in connection with the pak34 Platform accessible at https://pak34.cam (the "Platform") and all related services.
pak34 is committed to handling personal data responsibly, lawfully and transparently. This Policy is designed to give you — as a user or visitor of the Platform — a clear understanding of our data practices so that you can make informed decisions about your use of our services.
By accessing the Platform, registering an account or otherwise using pak34's services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact our support team to request account closure.
This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern the broader relationship between pak34 and its users. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions regarding personal data, this Privacy Policy shall take precedence.
Pakistan-specific context: pak34 does not claim authorisation, licensing, endorsement or regulation by any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial regulator, or any Pakistani financial institution. Data processing under this Policy is governed by the jurisdiction of the operator's place of incorporation, not Pakistani law, unless otherwise required by applicable international agreements. Pakistani users are responsible for understanding applicable local data protection and internet regulations.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "Personal Data" | Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person — including name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or factors specific to their physical, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity. |
| "Processing" | Any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure, restriction, erasure or destruction. |
| "Data Controller" | The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. For this Platform, pak34 acts as or on behalf of the Data Controller. |
| "Data Processor" | An entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller, such as a payment verification provider or analytics service. |
| "Consent" | A freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of agreement to the processing of personal data, expressed by a clear affirmative act. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process involving document checks and due-diligence measures required under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks. |
| "Cookie" | A small file stored on a user's browser or device that records information about their visits and interactions with the Platform. |
| "Third Party" | Any natural or legal person, authority, agency or body other than you, the data subject, or pak34 acting as Data Controller or Processor. |
The entity responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the pak34 Platform is the operator of this service. For queries about data controller identity, jurisdiction of incorporation or applicable data protection registration, please contact pak34 support using the contact details provided in Section 17 of this Policy.
pak34 operates as or on behalf of the Data Controller for all personal data collected through this Platform. Where third-party processors are engaged — such as KYC verification providers, payment gateway intermediaries or fraud-screening services — those processors operate under contractual data processing agreements that bind them to standards no less protective than those described in this Policy.
Payment method names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. Where transactions via such methods occur, relevant transaction data may be processed by those providers under their own separate privacy policies. pak34 does not control the data practices of third-party payment providers and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
pak34 collects personal data in the following categories, depending on how you interact with the Platform:
4.1 Identity and Registration Data: Full legal name, date of birth, gender, nationality and government-issued identification numbers (such as Pakistani CNIC or passport number) collected during account registration and KYC verification.
4.2 Contact Data: Email address, mobile phone number, and residential address including city (such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar), province and postal code.
4.3 Financial and Transaction Data: Deposit and withdrawal records, transaction amounts in PKR or other currencies, payment method identifiers (excluding full card numbers, which are handled directly by payment processors), bonus redemption records and account balance history.
4.4 Identity Verification Documents: Copies of government-issued identity documents, utility bills or bank statements submitted for KYC/AML compliance purposes. These documents are handled with heightened security controls and access is strictly limited.
4.5 Technical and Device Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device model, screen resolution, time zone and referring URL. This data is collected automatically when you access the Platform.
4.6 Usage and Behavioural Data: Pages visited, features accessed, bet and game history, session duration, click-paths, search queries within the Platform and user-preference settings.
4.7 Communications Data: Records of your interactions with pak34 support, including live chat transcripts, email correspondence and support ticket content.
4.8 Responsible Gambling Data: Records of self-exclusion requests, deposit or loss limit configurations, cooling-off periods, and any problem-gambling disclosures you make to our responsible gambling support team.
What we do not collect: pak34 does not collect full payment card numbers — these are processed exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway providers. We do not collect biometric data except where explicitly required by a KYC provider under their own certified framework. We do not collect data about individuals under 18 years of age — accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately.
pak34 processes personal data only where a lawful basis exists for doing so. The primary legal bases applicable to our processing activities are:
| Legal Basis | Processing Activities |
|---|---|
| Contract Performance | Processing necessary to register your account, verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, settle bets, deliver support and give effect to the Terms & Conditions. |
| Legal Obligation | KYC/AML verification, financial record retention, regulatory reporting, responding to court orders and law-enforcement requests, age verification and responsible gambling compliance. |
| Legitimate Interests | Fraud detection and prevention, Platform security, network security, analytics to improve user experience, and abuse detection — where those interests are not overridden by your rights. |
| Consent | Sending marketing communications by email, SMS or push notification; optional analytics cookies; personalisation of content and offers. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing. |
The personal data we collect is used for the following specific purposes:
pak34 does not sell personal data to third parties. We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary for the purpose specified:
All third-party processors engaged by pak34 are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of personal data to the specific purpose for which it was shared. They may not use your data for their own commercial purposes without your direct consent.
pak34 operates an international Platform. Personal data collected from users — including users located in Pakistan — may be processed and stored on servers located outside Pakistan. Where data is transferred to jurisdictions that may not offer equivalent data protection standards to those applicable to the operator, pak34 implements safeguards including:
By using the pak34 Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to jurisdictions outside Pakistan for the purposes described in this Policy.
pak34 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory or contractual obligations. The following retention principles apply:
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised using industry-standard data destruction procedures.
The pak34 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively "Cookies") to operate core Platform features, analyse usage, personalise your experience and — where consented — deliver marketing content. The following cookie categories are used:
| Category | Purpose | Can Be Disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Required for the Platform to function. Includes session management, authentication tokens, security tokens, and load-balancing cookies. Without these, core features cannot operate. | No — essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core Platform functionality. | |
| Remember your preferences and settings such as language, bet view format, odds format (decimal/fractional) and notification preferences across sessions. | Yes — disabling functional cookies may affect your personalised experience. | |
| Collect aggregated and pseudonymised data on Platform usage, page performance, user journeys and feature engagement to inform Platform improvements. No personally identifiable data is used in analytics reporting. | Yes — you may opt out without affecting Platform functionality. | |
| Track interactions with promotional content and personalise offers and communications based on your Platform activity. Activated only where you have provided explicit consent to marketing communications. | Yes — requires explicit opt-in consent. Withdrawal of consent removes this category immediately. |
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to view, disable or delete cookies through their settings menus. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent the Platform from functioning correctly.
pak34 implements a layered set of technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction. These measures include:
Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure. You are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords for your account and to enable two-factor authentication where available.
The pak34 Platform is strictly for adults. 18+ Only
We do not knowingly collect, process or retain personal data of individuals under 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever is greater. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must not register an account or use the Platform.
If pak34 becomes aware or reasonably suspects that personal data has been collected from an individual below the applicable minimum age — whether through direct disclosure, document verification or other means — the following actions will be taken immediately:
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered an account on the pak34 Platform, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). We will investigate and act promptly.
To exercise any of the rights described in this Policy — including access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection or consent withdrawal — please submit a written request to pak34 support using the contact details in Section 17.
When submitting a data rights request, please:
pak34 will respond to data rights requests within a reasonable timeframe — typically within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid, complete request. Complex requests, or requests requiring extended investigation, may require an extension of up to a further 60 days, of which we will notify you within the initial 30-day window.
Some rights are subject to limitations and exceptions under applicable law — for example, the right to erasure does not apply where retention is required for legal, regulatory or contractual compliance. We will explain the basis for any limitation applied to your request.
pak34 may send you promotional communications about bonuses, platform features, sports events (such as PSL cricket, ICC tournaments or international football) and other offers by email, SMS or push notification — but only where you have provided explicit prior consent to receive such communications.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:
Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect your ability to use the Platform or receive essential service communications — such as account security alerts, transaction confirmations, KYC verification notices or responsible gambling tool confirmations — which are not marketing communications and may be sent without consent as part of contract performance or legal compliance.
The pak34 Platform does not contain outbound links to third-party websites. However, third-party services engaged in connection with Platform operation — such as payment processors, KYC providers and analytics services — operate under their own privacy policies, which are separate from and independent of this Policy.
pak34 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers. Where you interact directly with a third-party provider — for example, by completing a KYC check through a specialist verification portal — the data practices of that provider are governed by its own terms and privacy notice.
References to payment services on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are contextual references only. The privacy practices of these organisations are entirely separate from pak34's practices and are not covered by this Policy.
pak34 reserves the right to update, modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, regulatory requirements or Platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Amendments take effect on the effective date specified in the revised Policy. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy. If the revised Policy is unacceptable to you, you may discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure by contacting support.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this Policy indicates the date of the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically, particularly before making significant deposits or providing additional personal information.
